About Happy Souls Yoga
At Happy Souls Yoga we offer family yoga classes to families with little ones from 2 to 6 years old.
We believe this is a special time when children begin to discover who they are. What they experience during this time becomes the foundation for their future.
Connecting, learning and growing with our little ones through yoga, art, mindfulness and play gives us the opportunity to set a foundation based on love, curiosity and authenticity.
Besides our family yoga classes, we also offer kids yoga classes for children from 6 to 10 years — for when the little ones begin to spread their own yoga wings!
Every child, just like every person, has their own beautiful colors. Supporting them and offering tools to navigate life with all its beauty and challenges is an art we love to share with you!

Our goal is to contribute to a life of harmony and joy. We believe in the natural rhythms of life and in your own beautiful rhythm and wisdom. Our vision is that learning and growing happens organically with one single step at a time and that learning and growing should be fun and full of joy!
All the tools and materials that we use reflect and encourages this to the fullest!

Meet Natalia!
My name is Natalia and I was born in Malaga and raised in the south of Spain as well in the Netherlands. I love being a mix of both cultures and in Barcelona I have found my middle ground.
Happy Souls Yoga is a project created out of passion and love, that started 12 years ago, when I first participated in a children's yoga course! From day one I knew this was what I wanted to do; share the magic and tools that can bring us harmony and joy!
I am so happy that I can share everything I have learned and experienced so far with you and I can not wait to meet you in one of our classes!
